To demonstrate their culinary skills to the world, 70 opera stars from 28 countries got themselves in a great mood and chopped, quartered, mixed, kneaded, and stirred, turning red or white meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, marzipan and chocolate into their deliciously smelling favourite dishes. The result is a cookbook with more than 700 pictures, 70 very personal, handwritten recipes in the opera stars' native language, answers revealing their eating habits and kitchen secrets and funny snapshots.
